Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Di Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Malang

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of motivation toward to the staff productivity at State Treasury Office of Malang. This research was an Explanative Research with Quantitative Approach. The independent variable was Motivation (X), and the dependent variable was Productivity (Y). The data collection technique was questionnaire with total sampling of 43 respondents.  Data analysis used Simple Regression Analysis. From the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between motivation variable toward to staff productivity variable at State treasury Office Malang. The value of determination coefficient (R2) was 0.342, that means the Motivation’s value toward staff productivity variable was 34.2%, and the 65.8% remains was not covered on this research.
