Abstract

Today the service industry that is engaged in logistics is very much in demand among the public because of the many entrepreneurs who run online businesses or online shops that use a lot of freight services to deliver ordered products to their customers. Of the many companies engaged in courier services, PT. Pos Indonesia is one of the freight forwarding companies that facilitates consumers with free pick up service and cash on delivery (COD) services. The purpose of this study is to find the influence of free pick up service and cash on delivery as part of a partial or simultaneously to increase customer satisfaction of users of goods shipping services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Lumajang. Respondents in this study are the customers who use the shipping service at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Luamajang totaling 30 people. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study of free pick up service and cash on delivery showed the same - significant and simultaneous effect on increasing customer satisfaction of users of goods shipping services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero)Luamajang.
