One of the goals of investors investing in a company is to get a return. Before investing, investors need to pay attention to the company's financial performance and the factors that influence stock returns. The main information needed by investors is accounting information needed to assess investment risk and the estimated rate of return on investment. The purpose of the study isto examine th effect of firm size, leverage and dividend policy on stock returns. The variables in this study consisted of firm size, leverage, dividend policy and stock returns. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of consumption industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2017. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method. Samples from this study were 14 companies out of a total population of 43 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the firm size variable had a significant influence on stock returns. While the leverage and dividend policy variables have no effect on stock returns.
