Abstract

Competition between companies at this time is very heavy, the company must be able to create quality and quantity of human resources that can work more effectively and efficiently so that the goals of the company are achieved. There are two important behaviors for the progress of a company, namely, behavioral roles and extra-roles. Behavior of extra-role or Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can maximize the efficiency and productivity of employees and organizations that contribute effectively in an organization, OCB is a positive behavior of individuals in an organization that shows a willingness and voluntary attitude to work and contribute to the organization more than formally demanded. This study aims to determine: (1) know and test the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees of the Serambi Dana Lumajang Cooperative, (2) knowm and test the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees at the Lumajang Fund Cooperative. This study is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 32 employees of the Serambi Dana Lumajang Cooperative. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. While data analysis is done by using validity test, data normality test, multicollinearity test, t test, F test. Analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study at the 5% significance level indicate that: (1) job satisfaction has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which is shown from the regression results β = 0.540, and a significance value of 0.002; where the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.002 <0.05); (2) organizational commitment has a negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which is shown from the regression results β = -0.109, and a significance value of 0.492; where the significance is greater than 0.05 (0.492> 0.05).
