Babinsa is the executor of the TNI AD territorial organization that refers to the quality of assignments where it is necessary to pay attention to the position, competence and maturity of his career. Where in the related research there is a positive relationship from the relationship to performance which from several things has some differences and similarities in the Babinsa Kodim 0821. So that the uniqueness that needs to be done research is related to several variables between organizational structure, competence and career maturity. Data obtained with the help of questionnaires using a Likert scale 1-5 and dinalisis using multiple linear regression tests. Respondents were drawn from a population of 212 people using the simple random sampling method and obtained as many as 80 respondents. Resulting in an insignificant relationship between organizational structure on performance due to organizational regulatory ties, a non-significant relationship between competency and performance caused by an assignment order by the boss. But career maturity has no relation to Babinsa's performance because in the placement of employees the suitability between levels of office is due to the need for a decree that is if the decision letter does not yet exist then the performance will be normal or below standard.
