Abstract

Organizational learning is increasingly seen as an ideal process that needs to be developed, especially by business organizations because there are three underlying reasons, (1) many large companies are trying to develop structures and systems to adapt to environmental change; (2) environmental change increases uncertainty over firms, thereby increasing the need for the company to learn various things, (3) learning  has a broad value analysis because it is a dynamic concept that causes the company to experience changes continuously. As with any banking organization, where competition is increasingly tight and always be able to adapt, to create organizational learning is a compulsory demand if it does not want to erode and become late and left behind with others. Organizational learning also contributes to creating optimal performance, so it is necessary for all members of the organization to jointly improve capabilities and competencies that ultimately can improve the performance of the organization. In this research, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was chosen as an object of research with some consideration that PT BNI (Persero) Tbk is one of well-known BUMN, has potential human resources to build learning process, performance status with an improving trend from year to year. Quantitative research type, with primary data from respondent's answer, that is employee of PT BNI (Persero), Tbk Branch Office of Brawijaya University.. Data analysis is descriptive analysis, statistical analysis, and t test.
