Abstract

UMKM empowerment becomes a very important thing in improving the economic sector of the Indonesian nation. Various programs to encourage capacity building of MSMEs are being undertaken jointly by all existing stakeholders. Starting from maximizing the quality of their products to marketing strategies that can reach the community globally, one example is to utilize information and communication technology is increasingly sophisticated with the Internet. The purpose of the research is to know in depth Management of SMEs account organization KSRN Jember District which is in online marketplace Tokopedia and Bukalapak. The benefits of research are expected to provide a reference knowledge to enrich science related to the management of online business accounts that benefit students and research activities in general. This research uses qualitative method using case study approach. Interesting case of this research activity is the perpetrators of SMEs in Jember District make a joint commitment, build a Society Company Building and create an organizational account in several online marketplace to increase sales of their products globally.The results show that the existence of JS Online Forum SMEs KSRN Online account organization Jember able to make them empowered and skilled in terms of marketing online, can reach the market globally, and increase their productivity.
