Abstract

Tourism facilities and services quality are importantin relation to visitor satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to measure how satisfaction Hutan Bambu Lumajang with the presence of tourism facility and service quality. Using 80 tourist visitors as respondents in this study. The approach used is multiple linear regression to test hypotheses developed from theoretical and empirical studies. Of the three hypotheses proposed, one hypothesis is rejected, there is no important role of service quality in increasing visitor satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that there is an important role of tourism facilities in increasing end-user satisfaction. But there is no important role of service quality in increasing visitor satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction will be formed from the presence of tourism facilities and service quality of 26.3%, the rest of visitor satisfaction formed by other factors. Based on these findings, then to increase visitor satisfaction should be able to improve existing facilities.
