Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, motivation and leadership style of principals on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Rowokangkung. Population in this research is teacher at SMPN 1 Rowokangung. This population is heterogeneous which can be seen from the diverse age and sex by the number of 40 respondents with sampling technique Nonprobability Sampling. This research uses descriptive analysis method of multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the partial motivation effect on teacher performance while for training and leadership style of principal does not affect the performance of teachers. Simultaneously the training, motivation and leadership style of principals have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Rowokangkung. The result of determination coefficient of R2 shows that 33,5% of teacher performance is influenced by training, motivation and leadership style of headmaster, while the remaining 66,5% of teacher performance is influenced by other variables not studied in this research.
