Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain evidence empirically and find clarity about the influence of quality variable peoduk, price and quality of service affect customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. Sample selection method used is random sampling and analysis model used is linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the quality of the product on customer satisfaction, price to customer satisfaction and product quality to customer satisfaction, show interplay between the quality of service to customer satisfaction, price to customer satisfaction and product quality to customer satisfaction. While the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.788. This means that 78% of customer satisfaction can be by product quality, price, service quality, while the remaining 32% customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this research that is promotion, distribution, and emotional factor.
