Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Desa Kaliwungu Kecamatan Tempeh Kabupaten Lumajang

Abstract

Human Resource Management is one of the areas of general management covering aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. The purpose of this research is to know the style of leadership, compensation, and work discipline influence partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted on 75 respondents of Kaliwungu Village Office Official of Tempeh Sub-district of Lumajang Regency. Technical analysis of data used in this research is technical analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of the first variables showed that the leadership style did not significantly affect the performance of employees. The result of the second variables research shows that compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. While the result of third variable research indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The leadership style, compensation, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Kaliwungu Village Office in Tempeh District, Lumajang District. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.214. This means 21.4% of employee performance can be explained by independent variable that is leadership style, compensation, and work discipline, while the rest 78,6% employee performance influenced by other variables not examined in this research for example, work motivation, environment work, job stress, and others.
